Scan the code, order the round, skip the queue.
One2Three lets restaurant and hotel guests scan, browse, and order instantly, reducing wait times for every service touchpoint.

one2three is a QR-code ordering app for hospitality venues. It runs in snack bars, pubs, restaurants and hotels across Belgium. Customers spot a small QR card on the table, scan it with the app and order food and drink from their phone. The app doubles as a venue guide and helps people find places that use the system. Alongside the main app the company publishes individually branded apps for specific venues. Each one gets its own presence on the store.
Hospitality service has a structural bottleneck. A customer can only order when a staff member is standing in front of them. On a busy evening that means waiting. Waiting costs both sides. The customer's experience degrades while they try to catch someone's eye. The venue loses the round that never got ordered because flagging someone down was too much effort. Staff spend a large share of a shift walking between tables taking orders that could have been placed directly. The obvious fix is digital ordering. But hospitality is a hard place to deploy software. Venues are small businesses with thin margins and no IT function. Anything needing installation, hardware or training will not get adopted. Customers won't download an app that only works in one bar. They won't create an account before they can order a beer. And most venues want their own identity rather than a line item inside somebody else's platform. That is a real tension for any multi-venue system.
one2three keeps the customer path to three steps. Download the app. Scan the QR code on the table. Order. There is no hardware for the venue to install and nothing for staff to learn. The QR card on the table is the entire physical footprint. The menu was designed for speed. A plain interface lets a customer find their usual drink or dish quickly instead of working through a catalogue. That matters because ordering happens mid-conversation and competes with simply waving at a waiter. The venue guide answers the network problem that limits any single-venue ordering app. The app is not useful only where the customer happens to be sitting. It helps them find other venues in the system. That gives them a reason to keep it installed and gives participating venues a discovery channel. The branding tension was solved by publishing individually branded apps for venues that want their own presence. Those include Frituur De Gendarm, Grand Kaffee, Matin Delice, 't Oud Station, Kaasateljee and Snack Istanbul. A venue can have its own app on the store while running on shared infrastructure underneath.
Android application published on Google Play under the be.one2three.one2three package. QR-code scanning for venue and menu identification. Digital menu rendering and ordering flow. Location services supporting the venue guide. Multi-tenant architecture supporting individually branded venue apps built on shared infrastructure. Web presence at one2three.be. Data practices: collects location, personal information and device identifiers. No data shared with third parties. Encrypted in transit. Deletion requests supported.
one2three is live on Google Play in the Food & Drink category with 10,000+ downloads and a 3.8 rating. It operates across Belgian snack bars, pubs, restaurants and hotels. Its clearest achievement is the venue network. It supports a portfolio of individually branded venue apps running on shared infrastructure. That is a harder architectural problem than a single-tenant ordering app. It also gives small independents a branded presence they couldn't build alone. The scan-and-order model removes the wait-for-staff bottleneck without asking venues to install hardware or train staff. That is what makes adoption realistic for small hospitality businesses. Two points should be weighed before this case study is used externally. The app was last updated in January 2025. That is roughly eighteen months before the time of writing. And its 3.8 rating includes user feedback on address recognition and interface usability. Both are addressable. A refresh would strengthen the story considerably.
